Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 25 October 2026.

UPSA wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast, in both light and dark mode, which follows your device setting.
  • All pages can be used with a keyboard, with a "skip to content" link and visible focus.
  • Animations are reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Forms have labels and clear error messages.
  • The site works when zoomed to 400% and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

  • Charts are visual. The figures they show are also given in text or tables on the same page.
  • Technical maps and geological figures are images. Their key information is described in the surrounding text; detailed versions are in the Competent Person's Report.
  • Linked PDF documents, such as the product brochure and testing report, may not be fully accessible.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you have difficulty using any part of the site, or need information in another format, email our contact form. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
