Site

Five lots in the Gwydir Shire

Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in DP 264346 and Lot 5 in DP 263715 (Gwydir Shire). Flat to gently sloping terrain at 450–525 mRL, with a creek crossing the site.

Tenure & rights

Under a Deed dated 14 October 2025 with Claystone International Pty Ltd, UPSA holds, for 97 years, control of the extraction and concentration of the natural oxide and pozzolanic sands and sandstone resource, together with an exclusive off-take of that material.

The Deed consolidates land ownership in Claystone Masonry Pty Ltd and extraction rights and responsibilities in Claystone International Pty Ltd. An extraction rights agreement for Lot 5 in DP 263715 was signed in November 2025.

Depth potential

Below the current resource

The pozzolanic sandstone continues below the 30 m drilled depth; one deep borehole in Lot 7 intersected more than 80 m of pozzolanic sandstone, and regional state geology indicates thicknesses up to 80 m. SLR identifies further volume potential of approximately 226.10 Mt (Lots 5–8 DP 264346) and 37.64 Mt (Lot 5 DP 263715) below the current resource.

This potential is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource below the current resource, and it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in its estimation as a Mineral Resource.

Inferred Resources have a lower level of geological confidence than Indicated or Measured Resources and are not Ore Reserves. The estimate is based on a desktop study of historical data and requires further drilling and testing.
