Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Universal Pozzolanic Silica Alumina Ltd ("UPSA", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 14892437, registered office Quadrant House, Floor 6, 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about UPSA, its rights at the Yammacoona Sand Quarry (Warialda Quarry), New South Wales, and the WPSA natural pozzolan. It is intended for professional audiences including cement and concrete producers, infrastructure developers, procurement teams and investors.
Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, or an invitation to buy, any product, security or interest, and nothing on it forms part of any contract unless expressly agreed in writing. Supply of WPSA is subject to separately agreed terms.
Technical and financial information
- Mineral Resource. Resource figures are Inferred Mineral Resources reported under the JORC Code (2012) by SLR Consulting Australia Pty Ltd in its Competent Person's Report of 26 November 2025. Inferred Resources have a low level of geological confidence; it cannot be assumed that they will be upgraded to a higher category.
- Financial evaluation. NPV, capital and operating costs, production and revenue figures come from an independent desktop evaluation. They depend on assumptions including the resource being proven, State Significant Development approval and selling prices supplied by UPSA that have not been independently verified. They are not a forecast, a promise of returns or investment advice.
- Product data. Chemistry and test results describe the samples tested. They do not guarantee the performance of any particular material, mix or project, and do not replace your own testing, specification checks and professional engineering judgement.
- Figures and diagrams. Some figures on the website are illustrative and not to scale, and are labelled as such. The original figures are available in the Competent Person's Report on request.

Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not reviewed by UPSA before you see them. They are not investment, legal, engineering or other professional advice. Always check figures against the source documents. Do not enter personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information.
